Hospice Compassus is dedicated to compassionate care, clinical excellence, and providing comfort and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses and their family members. At Hospice Compassus, care is provided by team of health care professionals who are skilled at serving people with life-limiting illnesses. Our family-centered approach focuses on the patient, led by an interdisciplinary team, including a medical director, nurses, social workers, non-denominational chaplains, counselors and trained volunteers. Aimed to enhance the quality of life remaining, our care team works to provide expertise in pain and symptom management and to meet the medical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients and their families. Our goal is to provide the greatest possible comfort and care for those who experience one of life’s most intimate and challenging moments. At Hospice Compassus, we honor that every life is unique and deserves a meaningful and personal final journey; and, it is our mission to serve our patients and their families with compassion, integrity and excellence.
